Hustle And Grind Music Day

I woke up this morning in an odd little mood. Then somebody decided to shoot down something that seemed was heading in a positive direction. So the day wasn't looking to grand if I had to say so.

Until Methodical Wun hit my inbox... the first wave of mixed down tracks for "Verses The World." Bout damn time. I just want to go on to say that this project will be bananas.

All morning I've been blasting Hustle and Grind Music, past and present. I never realized, especially in my music, how deep I actually went in on those tracks. Some of the things I said were so real and profound that I'm still surprised at myself. And that shit was 3 years ago. I believe I've only gotten better. Listening to all of the older music definitely put me in a zone that I haven't felt in a long time. Took me back to a place I'd never thought I'd wanna go, but somehow brought a smile to my face. I definitely see this project doing the same.

I'm stupid excited to be doing music again, and i hope I still have some fans left who are interested in my music as well. I promise I won't let you down.

Anybody who know's me knows I'm a HUGE Joe Budden fan. The story is long so I won't tell it but dude is definitely one of the greatest emcee's to ever do it. Damn shame he isn't on like he should but... but all that aside, Mood Muzik 4 drops soon and here is the latest trailer. Soon as I can get outta these books I'm back to writing. This shit is inspiring...

Hello World,

The Blog is back in full effect. I'm taking a bit of a different route this time. As surprising as this may sound to some of you, most people today have no idea what "Good Music" is. I know right, shocking. Soo, with that said I will be using this Blog as a resource for people to connect with "Good Music." If I come across something I feel needs to be showcased, it will be here. Dear Fans,

First off, I want to formally apologize for my hiatus. It was very unprofessional and downright rude for me to just vanish with no warning or announcement. So for that, I am in deep regret. However, in spending this time away from music I have been able to improve my talents and focus thoughts into other areas, which have in turn proven to produce some great music. I promise my absence will not go without reward. So with that, I officially announce that on December 31st, 2009, I will be releasing "Verses The World," my first project in two years. Expect the same emotional, personal, REAL music that I'm known for creating. No aspect of my life will go uncovered. I'm sad to say that the inspiration for this project came disguised in a very fucked up situation, but I guess it was the wake up call I needed. I don't know how many of you are still hanging around out there waiting for my return, but I am coming, and I appreciate your patience and support. December 31st.

So after mixing a few songs and getting a rough outline of this cd I decided to do something different. don't trip the project is still comin out, but this whole three cds in a month thing... Yeah that ain't gonna happen. I have way to many things going on...



So what im gonna do is add more songs to "The Re-Introduction" and make it a little longer. Maybe closer to 16 tracks instead of 10. What do y'all think?

Early Departures/Late Arrivals

Been a minute... scratch that. Been a damn long time since i posted anything about the music i been making. So much for building a buzz right? Oh well... I'm sure there's still somebody out there waiting for it. I hope. Dead ass though, I finished recording the project last night and the mixing process will start in the a.m. Check the Myspace for the first leak featuring XV. The Re-Introduction is coming... just dont know when. Can I mix the whole thing in 5 days? Hell yeah. Will I? Probably not... Me and Ladybug are spending some QT this weekend. So disregard that thing I said earlier about me mixing in the morning.
